Redeemable online, our e-gift cards are eligible for every single item in any of our online drops or in our store LOOT.
When the gift card has been purchased, it creates a unique code which will be automatically sent to your e-mail address. This code can then be entered at checkout. When the code is entered, the gift card amount will be subtracted from the order total.
Please note that when buying an electronic gift card, you will receive an e-mail only with the voucher code. No physical package from rêverie will be sent to you.
If you would like to buy a voucher for an amount which is not offered below, please do not hesitate to contact us on email@example.com and we can create a voucher amount that suits you.
Vintage items are non refundable, unless you wish to return an item due to a fault that was not clearly stated at the time of purchase. We ask that our customers understand that all of our items have lived a life before we have sourced them, and this may lead to some minor imperfections in your item.
If you wish to return an item, we are happy to exchange any item for another item of the same value, or for a credit note for the RÊVERIE online store.
In order to get an exchange or refund, we ask that you agree this with us via email before hand, within 14 days of purchase. In regards to refunding a faulty item, it must be mutually agreed by the customer and RÊVERIE that any fault in question did not occur while in ownership of the purchaser.
We hope you understand the need for this and we assure you that here at RÊVERIE we will always be as reasonable as possible.

RÊVERIE is not responsible for the return costs except in the case where you are returning an item as faulty.
We will include the cost of the return for faulty goods in the refund once provided with evidence of the receipt for postage.
If a return item is misplaced in the post, we are happy to help locate them provided tracking information is provided.
We can only refund an item once we have received it and not before this.
Refunds will be processed back to you via the method of original payment.
Once we have received your return package, your refund will be processed as soon as possible. Please allow 7 business days for this to happen.
You will be notified via email at the email address listed on your account when your order was placed.
Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us (typically 3-5 business days).
Shipping charges on non-faulty items are non-refundable.
All return items must be UNWORN, UNWASHED with tags in place. Items that do not meet these criteria or are non-returnable, and will be denied. In this case, we will also not be responsible for the cost of returning it to the customer.
